Opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, or ask us to access, correct or delete it.
PathIQ licenses pseudonymous audience segments to advertisers and advertising platforms. Under US state privacy laws this is a "sale" and "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time, and you do not need to verify your identity to do so. Full details are in section 12 of our Privacy Notice.
California residents can also send one deletion request to every registered data broker through the California Delete Request and Opt-out Platform at privacy.ca.gov/drop.
Our privacy request form is run by our privacy request provider, Optacy, and covers opting out of sale and sharing as well as requests to access, correct or delete. We hold data linked to identifiers such as mobile advertising identifiers and email addresses, not names, so include the identifiers you want us to act on. We use them only to find matching records, act on your request and reply to you.

We act on opt-out requests within 15 business days. For requests to access, correct or delete, we confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
